Seen in Rayadurga for the first time, as “Kerala Doctor”.

His first known disciple, Swamy Vijayendra, aged 18, meets him.

Swamy Jayatheertha, aged 16, meets him at Molakalmuru.

Swamy Vijayeendra goes on a picnic to Hampi with friends. Yogi Achyuta surprises him by meeting and offering an invitation to join him and to do tapas at Hampi.

Yogi Achyuta did tapas in Ratnakoota cave in Hampi with Swamy Vijayeendra in attendence.

“Yogi Achyutakumar” was his name then.

Started living in Hampi village as ‘Yogi Achyuta’. Donned many roles, such as physician, chairman of the food committee during World War II, did hundi collection for the Viroopaaksha Temple, started small book-stall ‘Vijayanagara Viswavidyaa Prachaara Mandira’, did farming and was hunting also.

Anegundi ruler, Sri Krishnadeva Raya grants 120 acres of forest area of Virupaapuragaddi, where Rishiamooka hillock is situated.

Erects a small hut, starts living there.

Establishes Rishiamookashrama.

Did suryopaasanaa, daily 3 hours, without a break.
